HerPhase UK is the Data Controller for your personal information. That means we decide how and why your data is used, and we're accountable for keeping it safe.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Everfit

Our coaching platform. Stores your health data, coaching records, onboarding forms, PAR-Q, terms and legal consent.

Mailchimp

Our email platform. Holds your email address and marketing preferences — only if you've opted in.

Transferring your information outside the UK

Both Everfit and Mailchimp are based in the United States. Both transfers comply with UK data protection law through the Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Your data protection rights

Right of accessYou can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Right to rectificationIf something we hold is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to correct it.
