Katie is a certified personal trainer who specialises in women's health and menopause coaching. She founded HerPhase out of a personal commitment to change how women experience fitness through every phase of their hormonal journey.
She is 47, a mum to two teenagers, and currently navigating perimenopause herself — which means she is living this alongside you. She knows what exhaustion, hormonal chaos and overwhelm actually feel like, not from a textbook, but from her own life.
After seven years away from personal training, Katie came back with a clear purpose: women in their 40s and 50s deserved better support than anything that existed. HerPhase is the result.
